Photo/Video Instructions: 

Be as specific as possible about what you want photographed or video recorded.  Specific angles, buildings (including if there are multiple), surrounding area, anything that should not be photographed and any other special requests.

Please note that you are responsible for obtaining permission to, including right-of-entry, from the property owner or legal representative to photograph the property in this request.
